1-on-1 coaching sessions
The Empowerment Accelerator Program includes both 1-on-1 and group coaching sessions designed to provide personalized support and foster collaboration among participants.
Each participant receives 30 minutes of personalized coaching each month. Coaches will work with you to identify challenges, track progress, and provide tailored advice based on your unique career goals.
Group coaching
Biweekly group coaching sessions encourage peer learning and support, allowing participants to share experiences and insights in a collaborative environment.

HANDS-ON project experience
The project practice is an internship experience that will provide participants with hands-on opportunities to apply what they have learned in real-world contexts. This component is designed to enhance skill development and build confidence.
